Meditation is a great tool how to teach meditation release stress. Once everyone goes to sleep you can take a few minutes to sip a little night time tea and meditate. The basic purpose of calming meditation is to promote a more quiet, peaceful and tranquil position of mind, hence concentration and attentiveness are improved. Guided meditation also differs from traditional meditation in the way that it uses music and nature sounds to enhance your meditation experience.
Meditation does involve focusing on the breath and using it as an anchor for the mind, but try not to think about the breath or alter it in any way. The most basic, most common, and most useful of which is mindful breathing. For many first-time meditators, doing nothing other than sitting quietly with your thoughts can feel (and sound) totally strange.

This will help you focus, and infuse the practice with positivity. Start with five minutes and work your way up to 10, then 15, and eventually 20. It will probably take weeks or months to lengthen the time you practice.
